ABOUT US

The forth edition of the Festival from Bach to Williams offers mixed programs of repertoire from classical to film music.

A winning formula that since the first edition has met the favour of the audience, until the sold out of the past editions.

International artists invited have the complete freedom to express himself in all his inner facets without any repertoire restriction.

The opening concert of the Festival is a recital of QUATUOR GIRARD, a string quartet of brothers and sisters who is taking up an important international career. The perfect communion of intent and the astonishing musical technique makes it an amazing ensemble. They will perform Haydn Quartet op.76 n.3 "Emperor" and with SIMONE PEDRONI Vierne Quintet, a work full of drama composed in memory of Vierne own son, who died in the "great war" at seventeen years old.

MARCO PASINI, pupil of Lazar Berman, is one of the few pianists who performs with flawless technique Liszt Transcendental Études, presented here together with Bach/Busoni Ciaccona.

SARA ANDON is an international soloist and recording artist known for her ravishing tone and deeply engaging musical interpretations. A versatile performer in many music genres including solo, chamber, symphonic, opera, ballet, new music, jazz and Broadway, she has performed all over the world in major concert venues, TV and radio broadcasts, as well as on video game, TV and motion picture soundtracks. With SIMONE PEDRONI presents an extremely varied program: Schubert Variations on Trockne Blumen, Rota Cinque Pezzi Facili, Morricone Cinema Paradiso, Delerue Agnes of God, Williams two pieces from Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban and Princess Leia's Theme from Star Wars and Poulenc Sonata.
